The telecommunications are one of the most dynamically developing areas in our country regarding not only to the Bulgarian investments in the sector but also to the introduction of new technologies and varieties of services for the clients. In that direction Bulgaria no longer gives way to the European tendencies. The sale of the national fixed network, in particular the BTC case, was an important part of the liberalization of the telecommunications market.

The goal of the “White Paper of Bulgarian Telecommunications, Services and Technologies” is to provide a general view of the development of Bulgarian Telecommunications till now, as well as the services and technologies behind them, and so to connect telecommunication carriers, equipment and software providers, R&D entities, universities and clients.
